Due to the high increase in cost and decline in training finance, NARESA with funding from The US Funded PEPFAR Fund, embarked on redesigning the training methodology used and developed the first E-Based learning PMTCT curricular which would run off line and be cost effectively distributed.   Currently, a study is under way to determine how successful this training methodology is.  On successful piloting and roll out, this training methodology has the potential of training 1000 people at the cost of training 30 people using the traditional workshop method.
